Strong Body Soft Heart LLC, DBA The Upper Room Academy of Arts, exists to glorify God by inspiring people to pursue a life of faith, movement, and wellness.

Through Christ-centered dance education, Pilates gatherings, and community, our mission is to use the arts as a way to point people toward Jesus. We believe movement is a gift from God and that caring for our bodies allows us to better serve Him and others.

Our vision extends beyond teaching dance. We desire to build a community where people can grow spiritually, develop their God-given talents, and embrace a healthy, balanced lifestyle rooted in Christ.
