Cancellation Policy

Welcome! Our mission is to provide a safe, encouraging, Christ-centered environment where students grow in faith, confidence, character, and dance technique. Enrollment: Registration is complete once all required forms and fees are received. Class placement is based on age, experience, and instructor recommendation. The studio reserves the right to adjust schedules or combine classes as needed. Tuition & Fees: Tuition is due each semester or monthly and reserves your dancer's spot regardless of attendance. Accounts more than 10 days past due may incur a late fee, and participation may be suspended until the balance is paid. Withdrawal: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required. Tuition remains due during the notice period. Registration fees and tuition are partially refundable. Attendance: Regular attendance supports student progress. Please notify the studio of absences. Makeup classes are not guaranteed. Arrival & Pick-Up: Students should arrive 5–10 minutes early and be picked up promptly after class. The studio is not responsible for children outside scheduled class times. Creative Movement: Children must be fully potty trained and able to participate independently without a parent in the classroom. Dress Code: Proper dance attire, secured hair, and appropriate dance shoes are required. Jewelry should be kept to a minimum. Behavior: Students are expected to demonstrate kindness, respect, and safe behavior. Disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in dismissal from class. Health & Safety: Students who are ill or have a contagious condition should remain home until symptom-free for at least 24 hours. While we strive to provide a safe environment, dance involves inherent risks of any injury. Participation indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of these risks. Weather: Classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather or facility closures. Photos & Videos: The studio may photograph or record classes and events for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided before participation.
